Terms of service

About us

This website is run by Vibrating Crystals, Gayatri Nagar Vistar, 70–71, SMS Colony, Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our pieces

Our crystals and gemstones are natural, and every piece is one of a kind. Colour, pattern and size vary from stone to stone, and colours can look slightly different on screen. We weigh and measure each piece ourselves. Where a stone has been heated or treated, the listing says so. Moissanite is always labelled as moissanite, never as diamond.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. If you pay in another currency, your bank converts it, so the final amount may differ slightly. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before your order ships, and you can go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Because most pieces are one of a kind, a piece can sell to someone else while it is in your cart. If this happens after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Customised and made-to-order pieces

We agree the design and price with you before any work starts. Once work has started, a customised piece can't be cancelled or exchanged.

Stone meanings and astrology

What we say about the meanings and uses of stones comes from traditional beliefs. It is not medical, financial or legal advice. For any health concern, please see a doctor. AstroConnect sessions are guidance only.
