We don't give refunds, and we don't exchange pieces because you changed your mind. We only replace a piece that reaches you broken or damaged.
If your piece arrives broken or damaged
- Record a video while you open your parcel, from the sealed package to the piece inside. We can't replace a piece without it.
- Within 10 days of delivery, send us the video and your order number on WhatsApp (+91 88247 15854) or by email (vibratingcrystals24@gmail.com).
- Wait for us to confirm before sending anything back. Parcels sent without asking first won't be accepted.
- Send the damaged piece back to us. You pay the courier charge for sending it back.
Choosing your replacement
Most of our pieces are one of a kind, so you may need to choose a different piece. If it costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we give you store credit for the difference, to use on a future order.
What can't be replaced
- Pieces that arrive in good condition
- Customised and made-to-order pieces
- Add-ons: gift box, energised stone, lab certificate
- AstroConnect sessions, once they have taken place
If we cancel your order
If we can't fulfil your order, for example if a one-of-a-kind piece has already sold, we will refund you in full.
