How customising works

Usually ten to fourteen days

    Silver, gold, gold-plated or your own metal. Gold is priced at that day's gold rate.

    We send a sketch and a quote before any work begins. Nothing is made until you say yes.

Before you customise

How long does it take?

Usually ten to fourteen days from the day you approve the drawing. We tell you at the start if a piece will take longer.

Will I see it before it is made?

Yes. We send a sketch and a quote before any work begins, and photographs at every stage before it ships.

Can I bring my own stone, or my own metal?

Yes to both. Send us a photograph of the stone first; we will tell you what kind of piece it can be made into.

Do you provide a certificate?

For loose gemstones, you can add a lab certificate for ₹500. Tell us before we begin.

Do you ship customised pieces abroad?

Yes, worldwide — tracked and insured from Jaipur.
