We ship across India and to every country in the world.

What shipping costs

Within India, shipping is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more. Orders under ₹2,000 are charged ₹100 per kg.

For orders outside India, the charge depends on the weight of your parcel and the country it is going to. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Within India: 3–7 days by standard delivery, or 1–3 days by express.

Outside India: usually 7–15 working days. Customs checks in your country can sometimes add a few days.

Days are counted from the day your parcel leaves us.

Tracked and insured

Every order is tracked and insured. Once your order ships, you will get the tracking details by email.

Customised and made-to-order pieces

These are made by hand in Jaipur and usually take ten to fourteen days before they ship. We send you photographs at every stage.

Customs and import tax

Every international parcel goes with a proper invoice showing the price you paid, as customs rules require. Your country may charge import tax on it. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by you when the parcel arrives. For many countries they are small or nothing on low-value parcels. Message us before you order if you would like an idea of what to expect.
