How trade works
- I Send your listTell us the products, how many of each and where they are going. Use the order slip below or message us on WhatsApp. Ask for what you do not see: we have more than we list online.
- II Price and paymentWe check what we have and send you a price with a shipping quote. Pay in full, or pay half now and half before dispatch.
- III Photos while we prepareWhile we get your order ready, we stay in touch and send you photos, videos and updates.
- IV Packed and shippedBefore it ships, we send photos of the packed parcel and your order details to check. Once any balance is paid, it goes out from Jaipur, in India or abroad.

- Custom jewellery and special requests, depending on stock and what can be made

01What is the minimum order for bulk buyers?
20 pieces. For particular products, larger amounts or custom requests, send us an order slip or message us on WhatsApp.
02How are wholesale prices worked out?
Depending on the product, we price per piece, by weight or by lot. The price depends on the type of stone, its size, quality and rarity, and how many you order. Send us your list for a quote.
03Do you give GST invoices?
Yes, for eligible purchases.
04How much is shipping on bulk orders?
It depends on the weight and size of the parcel, where it is going and which courier you choose. We send you a shipping quote and the courier options before anything is sent. See our Shipping page.
05How do I pay for a bulk order?
You can pay in one of two ways:
- Full advance: pay the whole amount before we prepare and send your order.
- Split payment: pay 50% when you place the order and the other 50% before dispatch.
While we prepare your order, we stay in touch and send you photos, videos and updates. Before dispatch, we send photos of the packed parcel and your order details for you to check. The balance must be paid before the parcel ships.
06How do I place a bulk order?
Send us the products you want, how many of each and where they need to be delivered, using the order slip on this page or on WhatsApp. We will tell you what is in stock, the price, the shipping and how to pay.
07Do you make custom products?
Yes. We make custom jewellery and are happy to talk through other special requests, depending on stock and what can be made.
